Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Magazine Maintenance and Repairs at Naval Support Activity (NSA), Crane, Indiana is for all work associated with repairs and upgrades of various deficiencies of Crane Army Ammunition Activity and Navy Storage Magazines and Inert Buildings including the replacement of concrete docks, the replacement of concrete wingwalls, the repair of the joints of concrete walls/floors/ceilings, the installation/repair/replacement of steel magazine/roll-up/personnel doors/dock levelers, the sealing of cracks in concrete walls/floors/ceilings, the installation of lexan covers over existing glass blocks, the preparation and painting of doors and metal work, concrete patching, infilling openings with CMU’s, installing handrail/two-pipe railing, installing culverts, waterproofing, installing magazine roofing membrane covers, installing/repairing perimeter drains, installing/repairing/bonding grounding, removing railroad, repairing truck access areas, miscellaneous repairs, and incidental related work. The contract awarded under this solicitation shall be for a 12-month base period, plus four 12-month option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion. The overall term of the contract shall not exceed 60 months or $45,000,000.00 whichever comes first. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $2,500.00 that a task order will be issued concurrently with award to obligate. Once the value of the task orders placed exceeds the minimum guarantee, this minimum guarantee task order shall be modified to deobligate the funds from the task order
