Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC, the University of Chicago, Universities Research Association, Inc., and the U.S. Government must be named as additional insureds.

  • Key Personnel Requirements: Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and Safety Coordinator must meet specific experience and OSHA training requirements.
  • Corporate Capabilities: Minimum 10 years of construction experience in plumbing, hydronic, compressed air piping, and air duct systems; NFPA 70E compliance; and experience with mechanical installations at elevations over 30 feet.
  • Safety Performance: Experience Modification Rating (EMR) less than 1.0, and a three-year safety record at or below 85% of BLS General Construction statistics for TRC and DART rates.
