Scope of Work
DLA Warstopper seeks detailed information across three key areas:
- Material Specifications & Demand: Identify Magnesium grades, specifications, and material forms utilized. Provide current annual requirements and projected demand for the next five years. Proprietary information will be held as Business Confidential.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Detail current lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and whether internal buffers or safety stock are maintained. Describe scrap/waste management practices, including reclamation or recycling programs.
- Surge Requirements & Capacity: Address how extended Magnesium lead times could impact products with known surge requirements and list specific affected products.
