Eligibility & Requirements
This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must be factory trained and ISO 17025 accredited. Contractors will require a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) card and NAVSEA Badging for access to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and must adhere to policies regarding Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs).
