Purpose & Scope of Work
This RFI seeks information on industry capabilities for preparing, picking up, and delivering magnetometers and associated support equipment (e.g., batteries, accessory cases, X-ray machines, pallet jacks) to various locations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The services must support next-day delivery within the continental US and Puerto Rico, and two-day service to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The contractor must provide 24/7 service, respond to requests within 3 hours, and handle shipments for protective details, Presidential Campaign events, and National Special Security Events (NSSEs). Key locations include Joint Base Andrews, MD, and the GSA Warehouse, Springfield, VA. The contractor will be responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and any equipment damaged during shipment.
Submission & Eligibility
Interested parties are invited to submit a capabilities statement, not exceeding three (3) pages, demonstrating their understanding, capability, approach, qualifications, and past experience relevant to the described work.
