Scope of Work
The required services encompass seven functional areas:
- Communications and Information Systems (CIS): Network engineering, server administration, cybersecurity, help desk.
- Exercise Design: Planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of exercises, scenarios, and wargames.
- MAGTF Analytics: Analytical support for the Exercise Life Cycle, including observation, collection, reporting, and after-action reviews.
- Modeling and Simulation (M&S): Developing simulation inputs, operating systems, and creating SIM-STIM environments.
- Documentation Preparation and Review: Creating, modifying, and editing various publications and papers.
- Command and Control/Information Management/Knowledge Management (C2/IM/KM): Providing systems, platforms, and management support.
- Security: Supporting MSTP's Information and Personnel Security Program (IPSP).
Services will support large-scale MAGTF (MEF and MEB) Command Element Mission Essential Task List (METL) requirements, General Officer Warfighting Program (GOWP), and Professional Military Education (PME).
