Scope of Work
The selected Service Provider (SP) will furnish personnel, services, equipment, and materials to deliver a comprehensive Planning Charrette Report (PCR). Key tasks include:
- Preparing four Courses of Action (COAs) for runway repair, encompassing "Status Quo," shoulder repair, and runway lighting replacement options.
- Developing a detailed PCR that identifies all project requirements, scope, and associated costs, including validation/drafting of the DD Form 1391.
- Conducting topographic and geotechnical surveys.
- Developing cost estimates at various stages (Class 5, 4, 3) using specified software (PACES/MII) and methodologies (UFC 3-740-05).
- Participating in key meetings (kick-off, charrette, 50% and 95% reviews) and providing minutes.
- Preparing draft and final charrette reports, including design concepts, analysis, recommendations, and cost estimates.
- Providing concept and schematic drawings (15% level of effort for the preferred COA).
- All work must adhere to the Keesler AFB Architectural Compatibility Guide.
