• Period of Performance: Begins 10 calendar days after award and concludes 270 calendar days later.

• Hazardous materials are not anticipated, but if encountered, work must stop immediately and the Contracting Officer (CO) contacted.

• All work must be phased to allow the facility to remain occupied.

• Government response to submittals within 10 calendar days (MSS) or 14 calendar days (deviation requests).

• Punch list items must be corrected and accepted prior to the end of the Period of Performance.

• Contractors must obtain necessary permits from Keesler AFB.

• Contractors must coordinate utility interruptions 14 days in advance.

• Required permits include DIG PERMIT, BURN PERMIT, CONFINED ENTRY PERMIT, and CRANE PERMIT.

• Asbestos abatement and lead-based paint management procedures must be followed if encountered.
