• Water-Gate Instant Coffer Dam with Water Diverter Kit: One unit (Model #: COF2835) and one Water Diverter Kit (Model #: DA-1200).

• 7-Ton Harrington Universal Lifting Spreader Beam: One unit (Model #: HUNVB-7-12), including accessories (5) 6.5-ton shackles and (4) 7-ton swivel hooks.

• 3/4" Minus Aggregate: 1,100-ton stockpile, grading designation FP-24 Table 703-1 Surface Course For H. The government will provide equipment and operator for shaping the stockpile.

• Delivery Date: July 10, 2026 for all goods.

• FOB: Destination.

• NAICS Code: 327390 (Cement and Concrete Product Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 employees.

• Offerors must complete Blocks 17a and 30-31 of the SF-1449.
