Scope of Work
The requirement includes the procurement and "white glove" door-to-door delivery of specific models of TRUE refrigerators and freezers and a VULCAN VCRB36 gas charbroiler. All equipment must be new, not grey market or refurbished, and comply with Department of State, SHEM, OSHA, and US Army Corps of Engineers safety standards. Contract Details
This is a commercial item acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Delivery is required no more than 120 days after award to the U.S. Embassy Panama City, Republic of Panama (F.O.B. Destination). A one-year warranty on parts and labor is mandatory, with a minimum three-year warranty on the compressor. Offerors must have a dealer repair/maintenance network or authorized representative in the Republic of Panama for warranty and parts. If not based in Panama, proof of a joint venture or liability delegation letter from a local representative is required. Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
Site Visit & Submission
A site visit is scheduled for May 14th, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. [local time].
