Tescan USA Inc. is the official and sole U.S.A. representative for TESCAN Brno s.r.o., providing exclusive access to supplies, accessories, parts, and proprietary software. They are also the only company in the U.S.A. with factory-trained service engineers for TESCAN SEMs.
