Purpose & Scope
PPPL requires a vendor to provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and expertise for the routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of its on-site fuel dispensing and storage systems. This includes semi-annual formal inspections and manufacturer-required service for dispensing, storage, monitoring/alarm, and filtering systems. The scope also covers on-call emergency service/repair and routine preventive maintenance (e.g., filter changes), along with the repair of minor deficiencies and immediate reporting of serious problems. Systems include steel tanks and concrete ConVault units ranging from 500 to 25,000 gallons, handling No. 2 Fuel Oil, Diesel, Biodiesel, and Gasoline, including Diesel-Pure filtering systems. All work must comply with federal, state, local regulations, and PPPL safety requirements (e.g., 10 CFR 851, OSHA, HASP/CESHP, LOTO).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price Term Agreement.
- Period of Performance: Two (2) base years with three (3) one-year option periods.

Eligibility & Set-Aside
