Evaluation
This is a Brand Name Only requirement. Quotes will be evaluated based on Price Only. The Government will first verify quote responsiveness by ensuring all specifications in Attachment 1 (Conformance Matrix) are met. Responsive quotes will be ranked by total evaluated price, and award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsive offeror whose price is determined fair and reasonable.
