Submission & Evaluation
Bids must be submitted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Room 16-300, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0090. Award will be based on the lowest total price from a responsible and responsive bidder. A bid guarantee (20% of bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less) is required, and bids must be valid for at least 90 calendar days. Bidders must bid on all items to be considered responsive and submit an original and one copy.
Additional Notes
Offerors are advised to examine all work sites, including dredging and material placement areas, and a pre-bid site visit will be sponsored by the Government. Past Performance Information (PPI) will be collected and used, with Construction Contractor Appraisal Support System (CCASS) mandated for construction contracts over $650,000.
