- Water Testing: Performing water quality tests and making necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
- Tank Verification: Testing 30 or 55-gallon contact/retention tanks for functionality and replacing them if necessary (Government-furnished parts).
- Reporting: Recording and providing written results of site visits, service conducted, test results, and recommendations to the COR within five business days.
- Emergency Service: Responding to emergency system or part failures within one business day, with the Government providing necessary repair/replacement parts.
