  • Maintenance Tasks: Chemical refills, filter changes, resin cleaning, rebedding of filters, and salt replenishment according to OEM standards (Culligan).
  • System Operations: Mixing chlorine solutions and blowdown of retention tanks for dissolved impurities.
  • Water Testing: Performing water quality tests and making necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
  • Tank Verification: Testing 30 or 55-gallon contact/retention tanks for functionality and replacing them if necessary (Government-furnished parts).
  • Reporting: Recording and providing written results of site visits, service conducted, test results, and recommendations to the COR within five business days.
  • Emergency Service: Responding to emergency system or part failures within one business day, with the Government providing necessary repair/replacement parts.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all disposals, installations, repairs, and replacements adhere to Federal, State, and local requirements.
  • Hours of Operation: Work primarily 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays, with flexibility for emergencies.
