- Upkeep Activities: Deep cleaning, window treatments, faucet/sink replacement, drain cleaning, water heater maintenance, outlet/switch replacement, lighting upgrades, GFCI installation, cabinet/door/baseboard repairs, leak repair, gutter maintenance, plaster/stucco repair, appliance maintenance, garage door systems, pump systems, woodwork, flooring, countertops, blinds, windows, and doors.
- Commissioning/Decommissioning: Services as properties are prepared for occupancy or vacancy. All services must adhere to local and American standards, with the stricter standard applying. A bilingual (English/Spanish) representative is required to supervise the workforce and liaise with the Government.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ)
