Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the maintenance and preventive services of the Biocare intelliPATH FLX Automated Slide Staining System. This instrument is critical for automated, high-throughput IHC staining of wide format slides of whole mount FFPE prostate tissue sections, supporting research into prostate cancer development, progression, and drug resistance.
Services must be performed on-site at Bethesda, MD 20892, in accordance with the manufacturer's standard commercial maintenance practices. Key requirements include:
- At least one planned preventive maintenance service per contract period.
- Services performed by technically qualified, factory-trained personnel.
- Thorough cleaning, calibration, adjustment, inspection, and testing per manufacturer procedures.
- Access to proprietary service procedures and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts.
- Operational testing of equipment post-maintenance.

Response Requirements
