Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all professional services, labor, filters, belts, lubricants, materials, and equipment for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and associated components. This includes comprehensive monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services for a wide range of equipment such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Chillers, Cooling Towers, Control Air Pneumatic Compressors, Ventilating and Exhaust Fans, Chemical Feed Systems, Pumps, Valves, Heat Pumps, Insect Holding Rooms, Fresh Air Intake Hoods, and various Package A/C Units. All parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and work must adhere to standard industrial HVAC practices and safety standards. Emergency response is required within 4 hours.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to monte.jordan@usda.gov by the deadline. Submissions must include a firm-fixed price quotation on company letterhead, detailing pricing for all CLINs (base and option years), SAM UEI, and a completed/signed Attachment 3 - Price Schedule. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Evaluation factors include Price (fair and reasonable), Technical Acceptability (sound and compliant approach, understanding of SOW), and Past Performance. Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days.
