- Environmental Structural Repairs (CLIN 0001): Weatherproofing exterior trim, particularly on the roof, to prevent water leaks. This includes remediation of damaged substrate, decking, framing, sealants, or roof membrane discovered during installation.
- HVAC Units (CLIN 0002): Replacement of eight (8) existing 4-ton wall-mounted HVAC units with new Bard 4-ton units (or approved equal) including electric heat strips and standard thermostats. This involves removal and EPA-compliant disposal of old units, disconnection/reconnection of existing electric power, and system start-up/checks. A one-year commercial warranty is required.
- Exterior Security Doors (CLIN 0003): Replacement of door maglocks and repair/replacement of interior push buttons to ensure full functionality and integration with the existing SCIF access control system.
