Evaluation
This is a pre-solicitation Notice of Intent for a sole-source award under FAR 13.101-b. The Government has determined that Systems Northwest LLC is the only vendor capable of providing the required services due to their local presence, specialized knowledge, expertise, and necessary physical access security clearances. While other vendors may submit capabilities statements and past performance information, the Government is not obligated to award a contract or pay for information provided in response to this notice.
Additional Notes
The justification for other than full and open competition highlights that Systems Northwest is the only known company in the local area with the required capabilities. The new work is also considered a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order. For additional information or to submit responses, contact Linda Smith at linda.smith2@nih.gov.
