Contractor shall report to NS Mayport for on-site maintenance/service/repair/inspection upon approval. Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with transport, travel, and movement of equipment and personnel.

Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, and personnel. Proper transport, recycling, and disposal of batteries and hazardous materials to an authorized facility are required.

Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS): Personnel requiring access to NS Mayport must obtain a DBIDS credential. Procedures are outlined for individuals with and without a Navy Commercial Access Control System (NCACS) card, including required forms (SECNAV FORM 5512/1) and identification.
