- TACLET Building: Replace carpet with floor tiling, repair damaged HVAC ducting and piping insulation, replace all fan coil units (FCUs) and air handling units (AHUs), replace all windows and exterior doors with hurricane-rated versions, replace damaged ceiling tiles, and conduct comprehensive mold abatement.
- Galley Building and Building 112: Replace HVAC controls to improve operational efficiency.
