This Special Notice (SN) provides information about the ARPA-H MOCS Program Proposers’ Day (PD) on December 11th, 2025. ARPA-H published an Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) for the GIVE program on November 13th, 2025. For additional PD details and registration information see the attached Special Notice
(ARPA-H-SN-26-141).

The MOCS ISO (ARPA-H-SOL-26-143) is posted on SAM.GOV and additional information about the program can be found on the ARPA-H website: https://arpa-h.gov/explore-funding/programs/mocs

It is anticipated that creation of a quality proposal to meet all criteria will require combining technologies and/or companies, which can be time consuming and challenging.  It is recommended that proposers and potential collaborators (clinical partners, malpractice attorneys, regulatory consultants, CROs, etc.) submit a teaming profile as soon as possible to form the best teams possible. Teaming profiles can be submitted at solutions.arpa-h.gov/teaming.
