This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). It constitutes the only solicitation, and written solicitations will not be issued. Paper copies are not available. The solicitation is posted to SAM.gov. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the material referenced. All items must be new; refurbished or used items will not be accepted.
