- Licenses must include subscriptions for:
- Maltego Data Pass (50,000 credits/month per user)
- Echosec – Disinformation Data Transforms (1,500 queries/month per user)
- Routine Software Technical Support and Updates
- Instructor-Led Maltego Analyst Foundations Training, conducted via remote Video Teleconferencing.

Submission Requirements
Interested sources should submit the following information electronically to Contract Specialist Rem D. Ngo (rem.d.ngo.civ@army.mil) in Microsoft Word or PDF, referencing OSINT_for_Romania in the subject line:
- Company name, address, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (UEID).
- Point of Contact name, department, phone, and email.
- Description of past and current services matching the specified capabilities.
- Capability to act as a single provider; if subcontracting/teaming is anticipated, describe administrative and management structures.
- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price and availability (P&A) for the software, licenses, subscriptions, and remote training.
- Disclosure of current involvement providing these requirements to the Government (prime or subcontractor).
Special Requirements
- Any resulting contract is anticipated to have an Unclassified security classification level.
- Any resulting contract shall be compliant with the Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. 2533a and 2533b) in accordance with DFARS clauses 252.225-7008 and 252.225-7009.
