The Contractor will be responsible for providing personnel and resources to safely and accurately handle, store, transfer, issue, and account for Defense Wide Working Capital Fund (DWWCF)-owned petroleum products. This includes performing required maintenance to ensure facilities, systems, vehicles, and equipment remain operational. The contractor shall operate, maintain, and manage Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) retail/bulk fuel services and Government-owned fuel facilities at both Randolph AFB, TX, and Laughlin AFB, TX.

  • Base Period (CLIN 0001): January 01, 2026, through December 31, 2029 (48 months per location).
