Important Notes
The DFARS clause 252.211-7003 "Item Unique Identification and Valuation" is deleted for this requirement. This is because the parts are non-CLSSA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) assets, wholly owned by FMS customer countries, and will not be delivered to or owned by the U.S. Government or entered into the DoD supply chain. Therefore, special marking for DoD tracking is not required.
