Eligibility & Requirements
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Access to drawings, which are Distribution D and Export Control, requires a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification and an approved DD 2345 form. Furthermore, offerors must have an active NIST SP 800-171 assessment on the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) module and a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (self) uploaded to SPRS. The technical manufacturer must be located in the United States and possess knowledge of acquiring legacy components that may have long lead times or minimum buy quantities.
Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to a single offeror on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability requires quoting specified quantities, meeting product specifications, JCP certification, U.S. manufacturer location, expertise in legacy component acquisition, and demonstrating relevant past performance.
