Purpose & Scope of Work
The objective is to provide comprehensive logistics solutions, including the management of Class II, VII, VIII, and IX equipment lifecycle, streamlining logistics processes, enhancing supply chain visibility, and establishing rapid deployment capabilities. Solutions may integrate with existing business process management or be implemented independently per task order. Key services encompass:
- Equipment Lifecycle Management: From receipt through storage, maintenance, and disposal.

Contract Details
This is a planned Multiple Award IDIQ contract with an anticipated aggregate value of approximately $2.5 billion. The contract will feature a 10-year ordering period, with individual task orders limited to a 60-month period of performance, plus a six-month option to extend. It will be a hybrid contract, utilizing both cost-reimbursable and firm-fixed-price bases. A minimum guarantee of $10,000 will be satisfied by an initial Task Order. Individual Task Orders are expected to range between $5,000,000.00 and $250,000,000.00.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 (Engineering Services) with a size standard of $25.5M. Offerors must have no less than five (5) years' experience in providing these types of services and confirm they possess a DCAA approved accounting system and experience with cost-reimbursable contracts. A Secret security clearance is required for certain personnel.
