Submission & Evaluation
Interested businesses must respond by completing the Capabilities Questionnaire (Attachment 1) and submitting a capability statement. Responses are sought from both small and other than small businesses. The government will use these submissions to determine the ultimate acquisition approach, including potential small business set-asides. This is not a Request for Proposals.
Key Requirements & Personnel
Contractor qualifications include experience in petroleum fuel facility maintenance and repair. Required personnel include a Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Project Engineer, Scheduler, Maintenance Manager, Safety Manager, and a minimum of five Site Managers, all with specific experience. Compliance with USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1) and utilization of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) are mandatory.
