Scope of Work
The contractor will provide professional maritime education and training, offering attendance/seats in USCG-approved commercial courses. Training will occur at contractor facilities within a 50-mile radius of Virginia Beach, VA; San Diego, CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS. The government will not provide training locations, and personnel will join established commercial courses. Minimum of two and maximum of twenty-four attendees per course.
Contract Details
This is a solicitation for future orders, with a total value not to exceed $2,000,000. The contract has a five-year period of performance, structured into five individual ordering periods, with a potential six-month extension. The guaranteed minimum contract value is the dollar value of the first order issued. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering acceptable past performance. Offerors must submit:

Key Clarifications & Requirements
- The USCG approval requirement for the 5-day Celestial Navigation course (PWS 4.2.3) has been removed.
