Mark Twain Lake Forest Stand Improvement: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to clarify the location in the Description (changes in RED) and to note the availability of ARC GIS files by emailing the Contract Specialist at jessica.l.nies@usace.army.mil no later than 10am 15 August 2025Mark Twain Lake Forest Stand Improvement: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies, except as otherwise provided for herein to satisfactorily perform forest stand improvement (FSI) methods of hack and squirt, and/or chainsaw felling/girdling, at three (3) areas in Monroe and Ralls County Missouri on Mark Twain Lake in accordance with specifications contained herein. Mobilization to project land and mobilization between work sites shall be included in bid price. The Contractor?s performance will be based on the Contracting Officer?s (KO) evaluation, and Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) (Quality Assurance Personnel) and the results required by the Service Delivery Summary (SDS), and not the frequency or method of performance. The evaluation of results will be based on COR performance assessment, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) land stewardship personnel, and customer satisfaction. Results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, local laws, and normal industry standards, practices, specifications and/or guides.
