Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive custodial services at Yokota Air Base, Japan, and designated off-base sites (TAMA, TOKOROZAWA, OWADA, and MOMOTE) to maintain a satisfactory facility condition and a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

• General Cleaning: Includes cleaning of non-carpeted and carpeted floors, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, stocking restroom supplies, maintaining drinking fountains, and removing trash and recyclables.
• Periodic Cleaning: Services performed on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis, including hard floor maintenance and carpet restorative cleaning.
• Special Cleaning Requirements: Specific cleaning protocols for the Child Development Center (CDC) and Youth Activity Center, including background checks, required training, and immunizations for personnel working in these areas.
• Additional Services: Includes services for MFH (Military Family Housing) and O&M Towers, Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DODEA) Facilities, and emergency or special event cleaning.

Services must maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor is responsible for replenishing soap and paper products in restrooms.

• Contractor must provide all necessary management, tools, equipment, and labor.
• Work must comply with applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
• Personnel working in CDC and Youth Activity Centers require background checks, specific training, and immunizations (Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tuberculosis Skin Test).
• Contractor-furnished equipment and supplies are required.
• Miscellaneous requirements include turning off unnecessary lights, reporting hazards, handling lost and found items, notifying COR of suspicious persons, securing facilities, and using caution signs during cleaning.
