• Destruction of Data: The Recipient must destroy the data and all copies within 30 days after the date specified in paragraph (8) of the agreement.
• Agreement Survival: The obligations imposed by the agreement survive its expiration or termination.

Bidders who are provided with data marked with restrictive legends must execute this agreement. • ITAR Regulations: The TDP is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Technical documents containing ITAR information cannot be provided to non-U.S. persons or transferred outside the United States.
• Required Documentation: To receive the TDP, companies must:
  • Have an active JCP status (verified via DD2345).
  • Complete and sign the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Submit the NDA, a copy of the company's DD2345, and a copy of the company's CAGE verification in SAM to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil.
• TDP Delivery: Upon verification of NDA and active JCP/CAGE status, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and the requester will receive an email with a download link and password.
• JCP Data Custodian: The NDA signee and data custodian listed in JCP should be the same person. Updates to JCP information can be made via the JCP Portal.

Vendors interested in this opportunity must follow these instructions to obtain the necessary technical data to understand the full scope of the acquisition. Failure to meet the submission deadlines or provide the required documentation (NDA, DD2345, CAGE verification) will prevent access to the TDP.
