Services are anticipated across the East Coast Corridor, including:

  • Philadelphia, PA and surrounding counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware)
  • Southern New Jersey (Trenton and south)
  • State of Delaware
  • State of Maryland
  • Eastern Virginia (Henrico, Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Norfolk counties)
  • Berkley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties in West Virginia Interested contractors are not expected to cover the entire geographical area.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Multiple Award IDIQ for General Construction Services
  • Anticipated Duration: One-year base period with four, one-year option periods (maximum 5 years)
  • First Ordering Period: Expected to begin on or about July 1, 2027
