Services are anticipated across the East Coast Corridor, including:
- Philadelphia, PA and surrounding counties (Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware)
- Southern New Jersey (Trenton and south)
- State of Delaware
- State of Maryland
- Eastern Virginia (Henrico, Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Norfolk counties)
- Berkley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties in West Virginia Interested contractors are not expected to cover the entire geographical area.
