Scope of Work
USACE Mobile District anticipates several procurements in fiscal year 2025 for the rental of dredging equipment to perform maintenance dredging of inland river systems, coastal harbors, rivers, and bays. Requirements include:
- Hydraulic, Cutterhead Dredges: Minimum pump discharge diameters between 24 and 30 inches, with minimum horsepower of 2400/5000 respectively.
- Trailing Suction Hopper Dredges: Minimum hopper capacity of 3600 cubic yards. All requirements must include crew, management staff, and support equipment (pipelines, booster pumps, tugs, various floating plants) necessary for large dredging operations.
