Scope of Work
The contractor will provide personnel, management, and supervision for the AMK-260 Customer Service Center (CSC) Branch, which includes three key sections:
- AMK-261 Service Desk & Remote Support: Provides 24x7x365/366 Level 1 customer service desk support for approximately 140,000 DOT and Non-DOT customers nationally. This includes ticket management, troubleshooting, and escalation. It also covers Production Control and System Monitoring for the FAA mainframe and Enterprise Data Center.
- AMK-262 Desk Side Support & Implementation: Offers support for purchasing, imaging, configuring, installing, deploying, troubleshooting, and excessing personal computers (PCs) and related peripherals for approximately 4,000 ESC customers.
- AMK-263 Media & Print Solution: Delivers administrative and media support services, including mail opening, scanning, data entry, document imaging, front desk coverage, technical document development, and general clerical support.
