Submission Requirements
Interested small businesses (including certified HUBZone, 8A, Woman-Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business) must submit the following via email to Joel.Huberman@usace.army.mil:

- Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code.
- Bonding company documentation showing current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits.
- Description of relevant experience (projects >90% complete or completed within the last 5 years, similar in size, scope, and dollar value). Include original contract amount, modification costs, completion percentage, project size, scope, and self-performed percentage.
