  • Provide a copy of their company's CAGE verification in SAM.
• NDA Signee and Data Custodian: The NDA signee and the data custodian listed in JCP should be the same individual. Instructions for updating JCP information are provided.
• TDP Delivery: Upon verification of JCP status and receipt of the NDA, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and the requesting company will receive an email with a download link and password.
