Technical Data Package (TDP) Access
Vendors interested in obtaining the TDP must follow specific instructions:
- Requests must be submitted to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the posting date (by February 18, 2026).
- Requires an active status in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP).
- The TDP is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Required documentation for TDP request includes a completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a copy of the company's DD2345 (JCP), and CAGE verification from SAM.
- The NDA signee and data custodian in JCP should be the same individual.
