  • Copy of the company's DD2345 (JCP).
  • Copy of the company's CAGE verification in SAM.
• Submission Method: Email all required documents to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil with the Notice ID (DLA-Aberdeen-) in the subject line.
• TDP Delivery: Upon verification of NDA and JCP/CAGE status, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and vendors will receive an email with a download link and password.
• NDA Signee/Data Custodian: The NDA signee and the data custodian listed in JCP must be the same individual. Vendors are responsible for verifying and updating this information in the JCP Portal if necessary.
