• International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): TDPs are subject to ITAR. Access is restricted to U.S. persons and locations within the United States.
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): A completed and signed NDA is required.
• Required Documentation for Request: Submit the NDA, a copy of the company's DD2345 (JCP), and a copy of the company's CAGE verification in SAM to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil.
• TDP Delivery: Upon verification of JCP status and receipt of NDA, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and a link will be emailed.
• NDA Signee and Data Custodian: These roles should be the same person. Verify and update JCP portal information if necessary.
