The FAA is conducting this market survey to seek potential sources capable of meeting technical and delivery requirements, receiving industry feedback on scope and SIR requirement, and determining the best procurement strategy to achieve the FAA’s goal of a Design-Build construction contract for the MCN ATCT by 2030.
Any vendor that believes it can provide these services in whole or in part is invited to submit a capability statement (in contractor format) addressing its abilities to meet all of the requirements below. A vendor's ability to meet the requirements can be demonstrated through performance by the prime, teaming partners, and/or coordination with subcontracting partners.
