Scope of Work
This project will address mechanical system deficiencies and the sprinkled water supply line in Building 1203 (34,281 SF). The scope includes:
- Replacement of the entire mechanical systems, including ductwork, sensors, air handling units 1 and 2, and associated controls (including fire alarm controls).
- Replacement of the existing main fire water supply line from the street main to the riser room, including the Post Indicator Valve (PIV).
- Testing, balancing, and commissioning of the complete mechanical system and fire suppression systems.

Submission Requirements
Interested small businesses must respond via the Market Survey Response Form available at https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/GxYGWwsMBG. Responses must include:
- Verification of the company's small business status.
- Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code.
- Documentation from the firm's bonding company showing current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits.
- Descriptions of up to three (3) relevant past performance projects (completed by the prime contractor or affiliates) that are similar in scope and complexity. Projects should be greater than 95% complete or completed within the last 7 years, demonstrate experience with mechanical system replacement in existing facilities, underground water line replacement, and construction/renovation of buildings at least 27,000 SF. Offerors must also demonstrate self-performing at least 15% of the construction work.
