Submission Requirements
Interested small businesses must respond via the provided survey form and include:
- Company’s small business status verification.
- Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
- Documentation from bonding company showing current single and aggregate performance/payment bond limits.
- Description of Experience: Up to three projects (prime contractor or affiliates for SBs) completed within the last 5 years or >95% complete, similar in scope (new office/admin/training facilities) and size (>6000 sq ft). Projects must demonstrate experience with ICD 705 spaces, cybersecurity, building commissioning, fiber/telecommunications, site preparation, utilities, stormwater management, and demolition. Include references.
- For each project: % complete, completion date, size, scope, dollar value, % self-performed, design build/design/bid/build, and number of subcontractors.
- Percentage of work to be self-performed on this project (minimum 15% for general construction).
