Place of Performance
Primarily at MARMC facilities on Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, St. Julien's Creek, and JEB Little Creek in Norfolk, VA. Contractor facilities must be within a 25-mile driving distance of MARMC within the Hampton Roads area.
Special Requirements
- Personnel Qualifications: All personnel must meet specific experience and educational requirements for each labor category. Resumes are subject to Government approval.
- Security Clearance: Personnel will require a Secret Clearance. Quality Assurance Technicians require access to Restricted Data (RD) and NNPI spaces.
- Physical Requirements: Personnel working aboard US Navy ships must meet physical stamina, strength, agility, and endurance requirements.
- Reporting: Contractors must submit various financial and technical status reports (A001, A002, A003) and ensure daily data entry into the activity's database (TA&R).
- Vacancy Management: Vacant positions must be backfilled within 14 calendar days.
Response Requirements
Respondents must indicate their current Seaport-NxG contract number and provide a capabilities statement (not exceeding 10 pages) detailing prior experience, company profile, management approach for staffing, and capability to obtain security clearances.
