To complete preservation and "in kind" repairs to the exterior of the MABI Mansion, maintaining historical sensitivity to the structure.

• Surface preparation, painting, caulking/sealant work, and selective replacement of deteriorated exterior trim components.

• Preservation of approximately 3,710 square feet of various wooden features including bargeboard, wall trim, soffit, fascia, detail molding, alcove floors/ceilings, railings/balusters, and roof dormers.

• Use of Benjamin Moore Moorglo Soft Gloss Exterior White Paint.

• Replacement of deteriorated bargeboard corners using Douglas Fir.
