Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance, repair, replacement, and troubleshooting of all Lenel OnGuard™ security systems. This includes indoor/outdoor cameras, access control locks, magnetic door locks, cabling, monitors, servers running Lenel software, and displays. Key deliverables include:
- Providing one (1) Lenel certified security technician for 40 hours per week (2,080 hours annually) for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and new installations.
- Supplying a "Master Certified Technician" or "Systems Engineer" monthly for specialized tasks such as programming and firmware updates.
- Ensuring 24-hour customer service for emergency repairs with a two-hour response time.
- Maintaining a SECRET level security clearance for all contractor personnel.
- Providing a one-year warranty on all installed equipment, software, and workmanship.
- Ensuring compatibility and integration of all security systems and software with the existing Lenel OnGuard™ system.
- Delivering updated AS-BUILT drawings monthly and offering continued education training to MACH Physical Security Specialists.
