Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To acquire vegetation treatment services using herbicides on selected Bureau of Land Management (BLM) sites in the Marysville, Montana area to control noxious weeds.

• Apply herbicides to control Common Mullein, Leafy Spurge, Spotted knapweed, Dalmation toadflax, and Canada thistle. Any additional species listed on the Montana or Lewis and Clark County Noxious Weed Species Lists must also be identified and treated.

• Treatment areas are three units totaling 300 acres, located 2 miles south of Marysville, Montana, between Eldorado Gulch and Ottawa Gulch.

• Work must be conducted between June 1 and August 30, 2026.

• Contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, fuel, supervision, supplies, and incidentals.

• Contractor is responsible for purchasing, safely transporting, storing, and disposing of herbicides.
