Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish and install new commercial-grade packaged gas/electric rooftop HVAC units. Key requirements include:
- Removal of existing HVAC units.
- Repair of roof curbs, mounting locations, and interfaces.
- Installation of new units:
- Admin and Medical buildings: 4-ton nominal cooling capacity, matching existing equipment capacities, utility connections, and building loads, with similar performance to Trane models 4DCY4048B1096AA.
- Dental building: Sized to match existing equipment capacities, utility connections, and building loads, compatible with existing utilities and structural capacities.
- Provision of curb adapters as necessary.
- Ensuring new units deliver airflow and humidity control equal to or better than existing, sized per ACCA/ASHRAE or manufacturer recommendations.
- Disposal of old units and related materials.
- Commissioning, including a commissioning report.
